How long will the training take?
This depends on the pupil. Some pupils can learn very quickly others take a bit longer. It can be done in a week.

How much will it cost?

1 Day Course (3 hours 30 minutes)

How Much Is Does The B&E Examination Cost?
Weekdays £89 and Weekends £109.

What age can I take the B+E Test?
As long as you have a full U.K. driving licence you can take the exam.

How long does the Test last?
It takes 70 minutes approximately.

Is there a theory part to the Test?
No only practical.

Who will book the Test?
The Suen Andrews School Of Motoring will book your test for you

Do I need to supply my own transport for the exam?
We will supply the car and trailer that you will have been learning in, this way you don’t have to worry about organising anything and you just need to focus on the exam.

Where will I do my manoeuvres in the exam?
All of your manoeuvres are done off road.

Am I allowed to practice at home?
You can but only if:
- You display "L" plates,
- Someone is in the vehicle that is 21 or over,
- They have taken the B&E exam and have had it on their licence for a minimum of 3 years,
- and you have informed your insurance company.

What about insurance cover?
You are covered by our insurance while you are training and during your exam.

Where do I take my Exam?
Your exam normally takes place at Haverfordwest.

How many faults am I allowed on the Test?
You are allowed a maximum of 16 minors but no major incidents.

If I fail the exam can I re-sit, and when?
The exam can be re-taken but 3 working days gap is required.

So when I have passed what can I tow?
You can tow anything up to the vehicle you are driving maximum weight.

Define 'nose weight'?
This is the amount of weight that the trailer puts in a downwards direction on the tow bar or the rear of the vehicle. The recommended nose weight for each vehicle can be found in the manufacturer's handbook
